    THIS IS THE BASIC IDENTIKIT OF THENEW QUASAR E-TYPE:
    MECHANICS
    • High-precision components to guarantee a long life;
    • A trim-adjusting device, which lets the operator have a total control over the feeding of the trim, stopping at the right point so that the lower hem is not sewn, thus making the finishing easier.
    ELECTRONICS
    • The machine can be entirely managed from a user-friendly display, with the possibility to memorize 99 programs;
    • Stich-stretcher from gauge 5 to 18;
    • Differential device to feed the trim and fabric;
    • Speed variation from 100 to 2000 Rpm;
    • High/Low needle stop;
    • Automatic feeding unit of the trim.

    Besides linking of rib trims with funnel guide (Quasar technology). Exacta Quasar E-Type can also link cardigan trims with flat guide. Furthermore, thanks to an innovative device, with Quasar E-Type it is also possible to apply tubular and Y-trims.
